Julian Harris - CEO
Julian is the Founder and CEO of Julian Harris Adviser Networks, which includes Julian Harris Financial Consultants and Julian Harris Mortgages Ltd. The network has grown significantly since 1992, with over 100 highly qualified advisers now registered, making a notable impact in the IFA community.
Julian began his career as a Financial Adviser with Commercial Union from 1986 to 1988. He then worked for Standard Life as a Broker Consultant and later became a founding member of Standard Life’s Direct Salesforce, covering Kent and Sussex.
Julian holds the following qualifications:
CII Financial Planning and Advanced Financial Planning Certificates, including Pensions (G60) and Taxation and Trusts (G10)
Specialist knowledge in investments, retirement options, and mortgages
Helen Dempster - Director
Helen joined Julian Harris Adviser Networks in 2018 as a Director. Prior to this, she previously worked in the UK Parliamentary offices of several Members of Parliament.
Helen holds a First-Class degree in International Studies and a Master’s degree in Political Theory from the London School of Economics.

Vince has been the Head of Compliance for Julian Harris Adviser Networks since May 2015. With over 30 years of experience, he has extensive expertise across various sectors of the financial services industry, including compliance, investment management, advisory, insurance, and banking.
Vince holds the following degrees and professional qualifications:
MSc in Financial Regulation and Compliance Management
BA (Hons) 2.1 – Economics and Government
Investment Advice Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments
Six subjects from the Chartered Insurance Institute's AFPC, including G60 (Pensions) and G20 (Investments)
Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Institute
FPC from CII, as well as CeMAP Bridge
